Thread: Weight change

Please forgive what I’m sure is a naïve question. I’ve tried reading some of the posts on weight changes, the ITAC, IT class philosophy, etc… but I just get so sleepy. Just not my thing.
Anyway, is it possible to request a review of weight and if so how?

I think the car used to be classed lighter (23??#)but I don’t have any old (80’s ?) GCR’s to verify.
Not looking for a long political discussion, just yes/no, here’s how/why. Thanks

Ok, you guys are gonna make me read all those posts myself...
I read most of the 'not a done deal/shelby' post and I did learn a little.
It looks like a more appropriate question would be:
Has the 2.3L Pinto been through The Process and if so what were the results, if not how do I initiate the process of The Process? Is there a formal/official way to contact the ITAC
    Thanks

Sure, drop the ITAC a line. Best way is: [email protected]

    Attn ITAC

Just tell us you want the car to be put through the process, and the basics. Original curb weight, attainable weight...that is, not the race weight in the book, but how low the car can go, and fill us in on any unusual aspects of the car you might think pertinent.
