It is a real shame that the Kosei for the Neon is no longer available!? They are 13 lbs and were $129ea.

Try rota wheels. I got a set from modern performance. The offset is a bit less than the kosei's. I do not remember what it is exactly. They weight about 12- 13 pounds.

There was a set on ebay a few days ago that didn't sell... seller said 16 lbs... either way, I'll keep my money for the extra inch.

Been thinking about the Rotas as well....

I also purchased the Rota 15x7 wheel from Modern Performance. They weigh 13.5 lbs I like the fact that no centering ring is required like the Kosei wheel. The wheel is a good fit on my 1997 ITA Neon. I am using a 20mm spacer on the front and 15mm rear with the 7 inch studs. I thought Kazera made a wheel for the Neon, but when I called Tire Rack this summer, they did not have any 15 x 7 wheels for the Neon.

for ITA, there is no reason to go with a 15x7 Rota on the Neon. They are more expensive, too wide considering Rota's 35mm offset, and add 1.7lbs unsprung weight to each corner.

I ran 15x6.5 Rota Slipstreaps on my ITA Neon with much success. They were $450 shipped for a set. They may be discontinued though, so I would suggest putting a call in to www.18racing.com to see if they are still availible.

    two downsides:
-not that strong (easy to bend if you go crashing around a lot)
-the offset is 35mm will cause 205/50/15s will rub lightly on the struts and control arms (front and rear) and you will need 10mm spacers to fit 225/45/15s

Final note... I don't care what anyone says about wheels needing to be hubcentric. You'll be fine with any wheel you choose so long as it's 5x100 bolt pattern and the wheel hub bore diameter isn't too small for the car. I do suggest finding an offset that will keep you from needing spacers if possible.
