    Thumbs down

Did anybody catch the announcement of the TV broadcast schedule for the 2007 Runoffs on the Speed Channel?

S2000 and GTL were on yesterday at noon and 1pm (rebroadcast at 3am and 4am this morning).

The daytime schedule is up on the SCCA website. Looks like two or three every week on Wednesday (except 11/21).

Funny, this was not mentioned in the last issue of Sports Car.

SSC, HP and CSR are scheduled for 11/14. Warm up those VHS and DVD recorders!

Looked like some pace car issues in the GTL race. Too bad it had to end under a double yellow.

Watching the GTL race was easy for me, Kirk Olsen got knocked off track on first last with heavy frontal damage.......ok......switch channels.

I really wanted to see how the old Houseman car would do, eevn if Kirk Qualified 11th. He stomped up through the field in his old car at SCCA runoffs about 5 years ago after we changed the 4th and 5th gearing in his tranny.

Yes I was in awe getting to meet Jamie Houseman in person, esp. with me back then just LEARNING transmissions.
