Mustang, because it's a pretty car.

Camero/Firebird, because I'd want to win. It's motor is better supported, and has been around nearly forever. The chassis has all the important bits readibly availble and it can loose a ton of weight easily.

But then I'm probably biased, the last mustang I drove remined me of the '76 Montego, now if it drove more like my '76 CapriII, then I might feel different.
