I need to have some Koni's rebuilt (I think one might be bad, shaft rattles in the insert ) and was wondering who has had positive experiences with any given rebuilder lately.

    Thanks in advance

I had Koni NA rebuild mine, they did a great job and tunraround was very reasonable. Call and ask for Lee Grimes, he'll take good care of you.

What kind of turn time is normal with Koni NA/Lee?

Generally speaking, it'll take you 6-8 weeks to get in there, but once they start you'll get them back in a day.

Best time to do it is over the winter when things slow down.

Good to know. I sent some in 2 weeks ago and did not want to call and bug them, I assumed they were busy. I now know what to expect, thanks.

Lee said his slow time and the shortest turnaround is November and December. Right after Christmas he gets flooded.
