Things are moving along and going well.

The first planning board meeting went very well. We hope to have permits in hand by later this year and break ground this winter provided the investors come.

Is that a true statement or do we have a few small hurdles to still keep our fingers crossed through? If we are all set will we see an updated website soon with tracklayouts and whatnot to attract funding sources?

As Jeremy said we are well into the Special Permit process. What I believe will be the final hearing will be October 1, there are no deal breakers in the town’s engineer’s comments.
As I said we have finished the Conservation process.
We are also well into the only State review (Mass Environmental) and it is drawing no negative comments.
The track design has not changed from what you have seen.
We are working with investors who have the ability to buy a significant share but are always willing to talk to more. It is a pretty cool opportunity for someone who can invest at that level. SEC laws prevent us from taking money from small investors.

What is the minimum threshold for investments? I was talking with someone who did the LRP tour and mentioned this opportunity.
