RX7 & MR2 Letters

For those of us new to requesting things, what exactly do the various boards want to see in the letters so that they make a difference?

Also, who do we send them to? Last time I was on the scca site, I couldn't find any info on contact info for the CRB or the ITAC... {edit... found the ITAC emails... figures that the one time I try to write a letter they're redesigning the contact page}

I like to see individual, well reasoned letters - not one letter sent in by 10 people. When people have to write down there own thoughts, they often change.
