New SFI 16.5 Harnesses

Are the new Simpson SFI 16.5 harnesses legal?
Reading the SFI specs, it appears they meet and/or exceed the 16.1 specs.

I'd be stunned if it were not legal. 16.5 is supposed to be a stronger version of 16.1, IIRC. I'm not a belt guy though, so an e-mail to Topeka may be in order.
