Lived thru a "minor" over-rev in qualifying for the CCPS race at VIR today. We qualified first in ITS (on RA1's), and 5th overall - out of 59 cars. Put the new Hoosiers on for the race, ran two laps and promtly DNF-ed with shift linkage issues (a loose bolt). We'll go back tmrw for the 2nd CCPS race. But it looks like the 944 is gaining some speed... finally

EDIT: We won overall on Sunday!

    Thanks all.

I don't think we even can rev that high without doing a 4-3 instead of a 4-5 shift.
    tomas132 knows what usually happens.

Sunday we qualified at a 1:21.10 with Ra1's
Our fastest race lap was a 1:21.30 with Hoosiers. I think the track was a bit slower for the race, because everyone else seemed to have a slowed quite a bit more than we did.
