Paul will fix you up
I spoke with Paul last year. He was not terribly familiar with the 944 and, as I recall, I did not like his suggestion. I'm trying to find out what others have done.Paul will fix you up[/b]

We drilled and tapped our 8v in the front of the fuel rail for the fuel port. There was a capped fitting there from the factory. I think on your 16v it may be on the side of the fuel rail(?). Bring a length of hose with you to the track that fits on the fuel port to keep from spilling any fuel while taking a sample.

I replaced the fuel lines with Earls. Before the line gets to the fuel rail I used the fuel test port from Pegasus.

You also need the fittings recommended. It goes in very easily and takes no real-estate.
I also zip-tied a piece of 3/8" rubber hose to the roll cage so it can be whipped out and connected to this port. The tech guys loved that!
