+1. I'll race with anyone willing to continue to learn. We all make mistakes and we all try and learn. Good show. Glad everyone is OK.

Great Post Kip! I would like to tell the rest of the group that you were very stand-up and sincere in the paddock area after the incident and that was important to me as I was the car you hit.

You were only responsible for one of the three corners of my car that got damage so I will send you 33% of the bill

Just joking I know you have your own problems to fix. Like they say at every NASCAR event " it was just one of those racing things"

Good luck on the 4th. Wish I could be there.

    Jim,
On a side note, what kind of HNS device were you wearing (if any)? Do you think it did it's job?

Just curious to see how they stand up to real live situations.

Glad you're OK, hope the car is repairable!!

    Jeff

I wear a Hahn's device and yes I think it did the job. I was hit in the rear twice and obviously had a hard frontend crash and I feel fine. I wasn'e sore the day after either. At 61 years old it doesnt take much to make one lame

We have ordered parts and will repair the car. It will be back :P
