    Can I use naca ducts and hose to cool the brakes on a ITB car ?

    They're actually "NACA ducts" and the rules are specified in GCR 9.1.3.D.6.b and 9.1.3.D.8.b

    Not unless you want peta after you... but naca ducts and hose would be legal and more useful.....
