    From the Supps:

[b]Come to think of it, wouldn't the 'low bottom' cars prefer the paved are of paddock C to the grassy area of B?

While I was not part of the writing of this there is some sense in it. I have been told that “real” race cars often have 1st gear too high to drive around the paddock with the clutch out. Makes the hill a bitch. I am sure your suggestion may be possible but I would not expect such a change to be made until the week of the event when Serge has some counts. Oh and little of “C” paddock is paved. Besides it’s only a one day.

    Andy,

The "low bottom" cars do like paved areas better, but climbing the hill to get to paddock C would be extremely unkind to the clutches on the cars with race gearboxes.

I hear you. I am just a little concerned trying to cram 50% of the entrants into C. Hopefully, as Dick said, once we get an idea of the car count, sections of B can be reserved.
