240sx Cold Plugs

Ok Guys, I have finally run out of my supply of NGK BCP7EV plugs. They seem to either have discontinued them, or they have a new number.
Joe Harlan, help me out...........what do I need.
How about the NGK Racing spark plug # R7233-7. Anyone using them, or know if they are essentially the equivalent of what I was using? They seem to have the same specs as the plug listed above. Thanks in advance.
