strut options

This is not exactly an IT question, but it is a Neon question, so here goes. I race a 95 twincam in a mini stock class which does not allow adjustable shocks anymore, (I guess winning the first 5 feature races last year irked someone) hence the set of Konis going on my new roadrace car, and it also does not allow coil overs. Is there another option out there that will reasonably control a 350 lb/in spring and still fit my rules?

Some people say the Koni's will handle up to a 400 lb/in spring, but I have no first hand knowledge. You can always send the struts to Koni to have them revalved...
