Dear WWR,
Will this fit my 84 GTI? I like the drum set up (and can't be altered in ITB anyway), but I'm sure the cylinders could stand replacing, or at least serve at spares.

Thanks!

These German manufactured 17mm rear brake cylinders only use one mounting bolt which is not a problem. I used a similar set on my '78 SCCA H-production Wabbit without any difficulty. This rear wheel cylinder will fit the following models.

Volkswagen Rabbit 1975 - 1979 Rear Wheel Cylinder w/ Servo 17mm
Volkswagen Rabbit 1980 - 1984 Rear Wheel Cylinder
Volkswagen Rabbit Convertible 1979 - 1983 Rear Wheel Cylinder
Volkswagen Rabbit Convertible 1984 - 1993 Rear Wheel Cylinder
Volkswagen Rabbit Pick-Up 1980 - 1984 Rear Wheel Cylinder
Volkswagen Jetta 1980 - 1984 Rear Wheel Cylinder
Volkswagen Scirocco 1975 - 1983 Rear Wheel Cylinder w/ Servo 17mm
Volkswagen Scirocco 1984 - 1988 Rear Wheel Cylinder

These wheel cylinders are new in VW dealership boxes.

Let me know what you want to do. Regards, Ryan.

I believe that he's just getting rid of a left over pair that he found after selling his G Prod MK1 bunny and going over to the dark side (and by dark i mean a vehicle with lucas electrics )

I sold my '78 VW Wabbit SCCA H-Production racer and have these TWO rear cylinders left over. I have no plans to get any more nor sell any more than the two rear cylinders that I currently have.
