cage/fab shop in Philly area?

I have a first gen RX7 with a Auto Power DOM cage and need to find someone to put in passenger door bar and some window net mounting points on it.

The doors are not gutted.... no nascar/Petty bars

My only requirements are I can still get the passenger seat in and it is at least as safe or "safer" then it was without the extra bar.
