Very motivated seller as the wife wants to park in the garage for some reason. With three young kids, I don't have the time for racing anymore right now. I would rather see this very well prepared car be put to good use.

325iS fits in ITS/GTS/JP, etc., was originally prepped to the maximum extent permitted by the rules for ITS, a couple of parts might need to be removed for a JP car, but I will take care of all this, if necessary.

The car is fully race prepped with SCCA and BMW CCA CR log books and title, never an issue with tech. All the little stuff is done.

This is what I am thinking (open to discussion of course):

Baseline (least cost up-front and most flexibility to build/mod as you see fit):

    Race-prepped chassis:

    8-pt cage w/NASCAR-style door bars,
    high density SFI padding,
    spring-loaded window net,
    VAC Billet Aluminum seat mounts,
Sparco Touring seat with head protection,
    Sparco side brackets,
    Brey-Krause seat back brace,
Schroth 6-point HANS harness (good to 09 IIRC),
Phoenix fire system with 2 nozzles (engine bay and driver),
    Engine and body wiring harnesses,
    Engine/electrical cut-off switch,
    Hood safety pin set,
    Momo steering wheel,
    Tilt steering column,
STACK dash system mounted in stock cluster,
Custom all-metal gas pedal that will not break,
    Aluminum floor pan,
    Aluminum dead pedal,
Stainless Steel front passenger door interior panel,
    Carbon fiber dash panels,
    Convex racing rear view mirror,
    Helmet hook,
    Power mirrors,
    Painted light gray throughout,
    Race-painted exterior,
    Windshield retainer clips,
Corner worker externally accessible electrical cut-off,
Dry Break Fuel fitting (with refill can and probe),
    M3 front bumper under tray,
    Hard-wired AMB transponder,
extra long metric wheel studs with steel nuts,
Dual stock fuel pumps in tank,
AN Fittings brazed to stock fuel lines for safety ,
    Low mileage 99 M3 radiator,
    Front Sub-frame reinforced,
    Steering rack (two races),
    Tie rods (two races),
Front brake backing plates, stock ducts in front air dam and high temp cooling hose,
Braided Stainless brake lines (new, to be installed)

[probably other stuff as well, but that is what I could think of off the top of my head, ask if you do not see something you would expect to see]

    Driveline:

    Getrag 325 transmission,
Stock clutch, pressure plate and throw-out bearing (two races),
Custom E34 M5 shifter and linkage by Ron Stygar (two races),
UUC Urethane heavy duty transmission mounts,
    Delrin differential mounts

    Wheels:

    Non-matching 15"

    Brakes:

    Stock

    Suspension:

Stock M3 struts (no rear shocks)
    Stock M3 springs

    $6000

    Optional/other stuff:

System 1 Billet Aluminum external fuel filter,
Fall-Line Underdrive pulley set with belt,
    Dinan cold air intake kit,
    Grp N Motor mount,
Supersprint Euro Race Long Tube Headers,
Custom Merge Collector and custom 3" exhaust,
3.46 race differential built by Fall-Line Motorsports
3.73 race differential built by Fall-Line Motorsports,
    Rogue finned differential cover
    Solid Aluminum/Delrin differential mounts,
Racing Dynamics adjustable anti-roll bars front and rear with urethane bushings,
Ground Control Adjustable anti-roll bar links front and adjustable rear links
    Lower front cross X-brace,
Quick release steering wheel with spline engagement
    OMP steering wheel,
    UUC Big Boy Clutch stop
    Radio wiring harness,
    4 sets Speedline 15x7 wheels,
    M3 front bumper cover,
    2 stock front calipers,
    2 stock rear calipers,
Spare engine parts, too numerous and detailed to list (blocks, heads, JE forged pistons, stock pistons, rods, oil pan, etc./probably could build 2 motors),
    Spare hubs front and rear,
Gruppe N special Bosch spark plugs,
    Rear control arms,
Motorola P110 Radio system with 3 radios, headset chargers, antenna,
Koni double adjustable front struts with GC adjustable spring perches,
    Koni single adjustable rear shocks,
    Eibach springs 600f/800r,
    GC rear adjustable spring perches,
    GC front camber plates,
    GC rear control arm shims,

[there may be other good stuff out in the garage, but it is quite cold here right now, and I need to get warm]

    Let's make a deal!

Here are some pics of the car when it was fully operational and run as a race car, serviced and maintained by Fall-Line Motorsports:

dang nice car...and it is my favorite colors too! looks even better in person when you can see the attention to detail that went into building this car. no kidding, i looked at this car a few years ago extensively. it is a great deal.

Damn, man. I wish I could afford to buy this car right now, but I'm in a bit of a financial bind. My other one crashed and I'm paying for overhauling practically half the car.
