Tom Fowler, Sr.

Tom Fowler, Sr. died this past Saturday in Hendersonville, NC. Tom, Sr. is the father of Tom, Jr. of OPM Autosports in Cumming, GA. He had been ill and was at the Four Seasons Hospice. His daughter said he was comfortable and at peace. A memorial service is being planned in the next week or so in Cumming, GA. Tom, Jr. will be at the ARRC this weekend.

Wow, what a tremendous loss for his family, and the racing community! Anyone who ever met, or knew Mr Fowler Sr, knew what an awesome individual he was. Truly defined the words "Gentlemens Racer".

I agree with you completly. Tom Sr. had more class than any and all of the rest of us put together. He will be sorely missed.

I just now caught this post. Tom Fowler Sr was a hell of a good guy and y'all are right, he will be missed.
