    Any idea where I can find a RF wheel spindle/strut tube for a 1984 RX-7 GSL-SE (13?

Any help would be great! I'm in the Detroit, MI area (Waterford Hills racer!).

    Thanks!

You're still looking??? I pressume you've tried the usual suspects? Wentzel, Blastic and Gill. Hard to believe that one of them cant help you. BTW, lt and rt are the same. I haven't seen you post this on the WHRRI BB's, might be worth a try.

Make a note of Mike Wiggins at rx7heaven.com - he keeps a bunch of salvage cars around and has an inventory of parts.

    Greg,

I have some 82 RX7 strut tube/spindles. Should I bring them to Waterford next time I can get out there? Lots of other parts too. Some original rear suspension components. Bell housing, trans case, drive shaft, exhuast and the like. My car has been a race car since 90. I can not believe these parts have followed the car through three owners. I would just like to get most of it out of the garage so my wife can get the Escape in it again.

The "thru" '83 spindles are of a smaller diameter than the '84-'85. The larger, at least from what I've been told, are the more desirable. It's good to have that stuff. You'll find that the minute you get rid of something, the next day you'll need it! Just tell your wife to park in the driveway!!

BTW, you coming out this weekend? I'm going to be running both cars.

Mother Ford needs me 12 hours Saturday and Sunday and in this economy I can not turn it down. It is killing me to not be able to be there this weekend. I can not get back on midnights until the end of September. I should have went back on midnights the end of June.

    Good racing this weekend!!
