Anyone run the ATL "Well Cell"?

Does anyone run the ATL "Well Cell" in IT?

I was looking at getting a fuel cell just because of the safety factor, but the GCR says that it has to be within 12 inches of the original fuel tank location. Sitting in the spare tire well seems like it's placing the cell too far away from the original location... Have you guys ever run into problems with this?

If I'm not mistaken I think our line specs say "trunk mounted fuel cell with no more capacity than original." I'll do a quick check in the book to verify. Edit: Yep its legal.
