Over here in Louisiana, we judge our event on the flood rate.
Highs in the 100+, 100% chance of rain and 30-40% chance of everything you own flooding.

Latest local forcast: Friday isolated late pm thunderstorms. 30% chance of rain. Saturday, Scattered thunderstorms 40% chance of rain. Sunday isolated thunderstorms. 30% chance. We are in a drought here in North Georgia so the local are praying for rain. I'm not looking forward to my first rain race, but it will happen someday.
