So does anyone have complete laps from NHIS I can watch? I would like to watch some video to get an idea on breaking zones, etc prior to going to the school on Friday since I have not run NHIS previously. Thanks!

if you want to see "breaking" zones, get a video from Windell Holmes....he's broken or blown up in lots of places up there!
Ok, sorry, cheap shot, LOL.
I can help, but have no way to send a digital file. And I'm not exactly one of the "fast" guys up there. But I would be happy to loan you my tapes.
