That appears to be one of Juergens old cars. One more race car being shipped out of Ohio - too bad.

You know, you'd better be careful Evan. You don't want to end up like my Dad and I with twice as many racecars then drivers. :P

Evan - Great car for the money. I was tracking on e-bay - wanted to pull the trigger for the money but figured the money for the divorce attorney made the car cost prohibitive. Good Luck!

The Bauman's (Juergen and Lori) are here in central Ohio and have seriously had a small army of racecars. They raced them and did A LOT of renting. Mostly SS cars with Integra's, Miata's, and Protege's over the years. They've gotten out of it in the last couple of seasons so I've been seeing their old cars pop up all over the place.

I believe Lori raced this GSR in the Runoffs on a couple of occasions. I couldn't tell you how she did or any real specifics on it's "racing pedigree".

Do you know exactly where the car is? I may not be very far from it at all.

The car is in Columbus...do you know of any shipping companies local? they can get it shipped to me but it will take a couple of weeks for their guy to do it. I have a friend going to the drivers school at roebling and my rental ITA car is waiting for parts and installation. If I have to I will redeye my way up there to pick it up. Its about 12+hr tow to atlanta...how far from there?

I had my NX shipped up to me via http://www.intercitylines.com/ a few years ago; I was completely satisfied with their service. - GA

P.S. You're a dummy, Evan: you've got a competitive car in the most competitive IT class, and now you're tilting windmills (like I did for three years). Ah well, can't fault the masochistic desire to go faster...

Thanks Greg, I contacted them for a quote. I'm a sucker for a deal...the car is cheap and I have parts laying around for the car...I will do a budget buildup and use it for enduros/rental/whims...I need to keep it away from the white one though...it gets jealous.

When towing to the ARRC, it takes me about 10 hours to get from Columbus to the Atlanta outerbelt & 75.

What did you pay for this Evan?

Please tell me it was dirt cheap. Theres a one owner 1995 GSR for sale in N.C. right now prepped to NASA Honda Challenge specs, which is very similar to IT, that is for sale for $9000.
Custom cage, custom konis, LSD, suspension, bushings... And yes...ONE OWNER.

    Evan,
If you hadn't bought the car so cheap, I'd say you were crazy to add another car to the racing stable, but then I've already told you that. It kind of shoots a hole in my "I race ITC, 'cause it's cheap!" arguement. I do have you beat on price...mine only cost $200...a long $$$ ago.

It was cheap to buy...but as we all know...even if the donor is GIVEN to us...we will figure out a way to throw a ton of money at it!! I need to upgrade the door bars for IT...then remove interior...suspension exhaust brakes wheels tires intake bushings guages paint etc etc...but cant beat that price!!! WOO HOO!!

Evan, I live in Titusville, Fl and towed through Columbus the past few years. It's about a 20-21 hr tow to Mid-Ohio and Columbus is roughly an hour South of there. Oakland Park is about 2 1/2 to 3 hrs South of me.

    Your speed may vary .

Just to give you some idea of the towing time.

Thankfully it's not a another A car. Is this the third one. Just in case you need another driver I'd be happy to throw my name in the ring. Just kidding - great deal.
