Could anyone tell me if the 4 cyl MX-3 would have any potential in IT and which group it would fall in?
I have my eye on one.
Thanks.

I think it would be an uncompetitive A, but weighted up a touch, could be a B
my guess ITC whith the GLC in the same group

Most of the parts are common with the EscortGT and 323 of the early '90s, so ITA would be a good bet. Mid pack at best.

All I could find were the Canadian Specs, but I don't think they could be that much different, could they? Doesn't it have the same engine the early Miata has? It really sounds like a B car.

Thanks. The MX-3 I had my eye on got away, but I'll keep looking. It sounds like the car should be at least a mid-pack runner in B at that weight and power. If I can find a good one I'll campaign for it to be placed there!
There was also a 1.8L V6 w/130hp and 115ft-lbs of tq. Now there's an interesting ITA car.

This is another car that we recommended to go to ITA from ITS.Originally posted by Jake@Nov 10 2005, 11:16 PM
