can some one tell me what would be the difference in the ECU's of a 1987 S/D EFI one and a 1990 S/D EFI one? I do know about the difference with the rev limiter resetting part but is there any others? Just wondering

I do not know of any major changes. The big changes did not come until the introduction of MAS and OBDII. I would look and see if the pin #'s on ECu go to different sensors. Not sure if I was of much help. Good luck
