Please help me identify this intake/filter

So my intake filter is definitly in bad shape. (its very frail and dirty) So i would like to replace the filter but i have no idea who makes whatever is on there. (i didnt put it on)

from these pics can u guys tell me who makes the setup i have, and where i can get a new filter. Also any suggestions on what i should be running if not what i already have. and this is on an '89 GTU.

The filer looks like an old school HKS filer. I think you would be hard pressed to find a replacement element. You are better off just replacing the entire filter assembly.
