Do I need to change my emaill address?

I went to My Controls and got this warning.

Your email address has been changed because it was in use by another account. This means that all email will NOT go to your correct email address - this could include lost password notifcations, etc.
PLEASE change your email address immediately

What happened? I don't want another email account for notifications as I tend not to read them. What am I supposed to do?

Change it and then change it right back. This seems to be a bug in the forums app as it has happened to many of us. But you have to change it to something legit. You can create a GMail, Yahoo, MSN etc acct temporarily if need be.
