Default Van rear end shake @ 65+ mph

I looking at a van right now. It had a front end shake and slight rear end shake at hwy speeds.

The guy had new front tires and the front end aligned. The front is great now but the rear still has a slight shake.

He had the rear wheels balanced but they still have the old tires.

If installing new rear tires doesn't fix this what else are the possable problems causing this.

List as many as you can think of. Want to gauge how much this may cost me.

    Thanks

Well, there's the driveshaft, U-joints and drums for the brakes to start with.

Bent wheel, bent axle, bad bearings, bad shock, loose bushings....
