So what's this "MVMA book"? Can I assume that the owner's manual I have for the car will have the correct figures?

Does "110% of stock size" mean 110% of the tank capacity - including reserve - or not including reserve?

well i guess if your manual states a capacity plus a reserve it would be the total of both. the goal was to make the enduro easier to run with the cars that are preped for regional racing. we did not want people to have to cobble in 25 gallon cells to be competitive.
