The stinkin' honda(owned by a really nice guy named Ken) won the overall and his class ST4(ITC) with 143 laps.
Dave Coleman and myself finished fifth overall and first in ST3(IT.
Lots of fun and good hard racing in the dark.
I'm trying to scare up a results sheet now, as soon as I get one I'll post all the info.

Nice weather for the 4 hour...a little cool...but it was end of November !

As Dave mentioned, the Stinkin Honda won overall again. Usual discussion re: classification ensued. Given lap times, it is kind of an overachiever in ST-4. Oh well...we just sat back and watching the discussion, while enjoying a post-race beer.

We took 3rd overall in the SSC Nissan. Several minor incidents...I punted the Entropy Honda off at 6a as we had some confusion about who's corner it was, and John got harpooned hard by one of the Neons as it shot back out of the gravel trap at Wagon Bend (T3). Left front fender kinda wrinkly, Right rear fender now has an inverse flare. Red Neon SSC car broke a hub and lost a wheel on the way into T10 (YIKES !!!) and buried itself in the gravel.

We had fun passing V8 cars in the dark. They seem to take it waaaay to personally when passed by a Showroom Stock C car, and then try too hard for a few corners to get back by...then go off the track...nyuk nyuk nyuk.

Next up: VIR in Feb. Be there, or buy yourself a bowling ball.

great job john!! just get out the hammer and have at it...you know the drill. isn't the inverse flare good for a few extra HP?? it's all part of the master plan...right?

i was driving on saturday night about 6 pm and i look at the clock...my mind is thinking....first stop would be over and i would be knee deep in darkness having fun. next year...next year

i will be seeing you guys more often at the start of the new year...i have joined the KUMHO team and will be doing track support with Rudy and gang. i figure it's one way to stop missing events.
