    Default 15" wheels for Pinto

    O.K. so we can use 15" wheels if we had 13x6 wheel with a p205/60r13 sec width 8.0" diameter 22.8" on a Pinto. What are you guys going to do? Mustang gt wheels 15x7 4on4.25 as I remember,so can we use those or do we have to have a 15x6" wheels then what tire do we use or 14x6" HELP I am I the dark right now Thanks Glenn

    How about a 14?

    205-55X14 gives you the diameter you seek.

    Since 74/80 Pintos have better brakes than 90% of the cars in IT-B, what will you gain over 13" wheels? As long as 13" tires are there to buy, why change? Stiffer side walls (at the same dia) are the only plus.

    GLENN! Brakes might run cooler too, but that has never been a problem on my cars ( I'm always in a vacuum in the back anyway)Do what I do, and buy the rears off the Speckle/Fords. Later, DICK.
