    Default Diane? How'd it go?

    Diane

How did it go at your first race? Consistant? Keep it on track? Better your times throughout the weekend?

    Doug - it was great!

Kept it between the grass and no contact with anyone else. I was a little discouraged in the beginning since my times didn't seem too good compared to last fall there, but by the end of the weekend I was a full 4 seconds below my last official time there. Not quite mid-pack yet, but in the running with room to go.

We have a few weeks off to do some more tweaking, and then there's a double regional mid-June.

Heard you did well and glad to see you are posting again! Those school weekends are killer aren't they?

Glad to hear you did well. I was discouraged at first too. Wondered how I was going to improve when I felt like I was going as fast as I could. Then I found myself going quicker throughout the weekend. Boy they keep you busy. Keep me posted.

Ain't that the truth! I'm currently feeling like there's not much more in me. But I know I can do the downhill faster and brake deeper in a couple of spots.

Tim is 1.6 seconds ahead of me and there is an ITC Escort running in the 8's so I know the car can do it. Need to work on the nut behind the wheel.
