Can't say exactly what time the Enduro will start, but a good guess would be 1:30pm to 1:45pm.

Haven't driven there in a while, but I would give yourself a couple of hours to deal with the airport travel and goings on. Leaving at 4:30pm could be cutting it kind of close. Even though it will be Sunday, you never know about traffic here. There are no shortcuts to getting there as it is pretty much a straight shot down I-85 to I-75 through downtown to the airport.

At best you can expect to make it to the airport in 1 1/2 hours, although giving yourself 2 hours would probably be a good idea. Traffic shouldn't be too bad unless there is an accident.
