Whats up with the locks??

Whats going on with the "closed" threads> They looked pretty innocent to me....

If GRJ doesn't get edited or locked, I don't know why these would.....

I wondered if it was because you had a forum on the ARRC site, and wanted all ARRC talk there, but thats silly, and there was none there anyway..

Those posts were made when the section was still called ARRC 2003 now that it has changed to ARRC 2004 reply's wont work, thus we need to restart those threads.... to continue them.
