Shouldn't it be " I have a restrictor plate in my throat stuck"? Chuck Baader

The back of my car says "Veil un danke, Leute" (Spelling suspect from memory) which is "Thanks, Workers"

Actually the phrase would be "Vielen Dank, Arbeiters!" Die Leute is people, die Arbeiters is workers, and Vielen Dank means "many thanks". But, at least for me the "Arbeiters" just sounds kind of Third Reich-ish. How about "SCCA Freiwillige sind Ausgezeichnet! Vielen Dank!" the first part of which means "SCCA volunteers are excellent!" I just love the word for excellent in German. OK, since I'm on a roll here I'll just type my all-time favorite German word due to it's ridiculous length and cool way it sounds when you say it, it happens to mean "speed limit": das Geschwindigskeitsberung.

    Tschuss Alle!
