no, pedal/brake setup not ITS legal, but then, it isn't an ITS car. it is set up for BMW club racing...;-)

That is in fact a car setup for BMW Club Racing. Unfortunately, a strict reading of the rules for posting here at IT.com states that this is a site for the discussion of IT cars only. Therefore that picture should not have been posted and is blatantly illegal on this site. Perhaps if it was an ITS car at one time we could have that image grandfathered in, but until we know the history of the car (or the posters intent), that picture will have to go, IMHO.

In order to avoid a senseless 3 week discussion on the legality of that picture on this website, can we please get a Moderator to rule on this image? Do we have to post a $25 bond first?

ahhh, come on bruce! i bet we can beat the e36 restrictor plate thread length if we toss out enough conjecture that the brake set up is its legal through some creative stretch of the rules...
