    Default what pads to use on a BMW 2002

    I am building a ITB 2002, I would like recommendations for pads and shoes and rotors.

    Most people suggest Hawk Blues or Porterfields for front pads. On my Rabbit I run the Porterfields front and stock shoes rear. For rotors in ITB you can only run stock. Not sure who the best manufacturers are.

    Matt. Welome to the 2002 fold. I use Hawk blues on Balo factory replacement rotors. For the rear I have ended up with a green and gold shoe that I by from Monty at Bits & Pieces www.bits-pieces.com or 562-420-3557 drop my name and get the same shoes, they work really good, I've been chasing the rear brakes to get more stopping from the rear and finally got it from these shoes.
