    Default Obvious starting advice

Pretty scarry, but my extremely hard starting '87 13B (fuel injected) was taken care of by the most obvious thing there is... It usually took 30 minutes plus to get it going when cold.

I went to mazdaspeed to get new plugs, and the racing plugs recommended (10.5) state that you should use stock plugs to warm the engine. I invested $12 at the local Advanced Auto Parts, put 2 lead plugs in and gave it a crank.

It fired up so quickly it scared me! Just wanted to share some good news.

It may be quite obvious to many, but I call myself Newbie for a good reason!
