Default 12A rebuilding for a daily driven street car

My brother wants to get the motor in his street car rebuilt. He is interested in having it ported, and what ever else that should be done to make more power as well. What places would you suggest to do this for a reasonable price. Thanks Shawn

Where are you located? There are reputable builders all over the country. When it comes down to street port type power there are many shops that can do a good job and shipping costs become a deciding factor. Also, if the people are fairly local it can be easier to get help if something goes wrong.

I am in central ny, I guess that I should have put that in my origional post. He doesn't have a ton of money so we are just trying to find out what our options are and what the best route to go would be. Thanks again.
