Default MYSTERY OIL LEAK KILLED MY MOTOR

close inspection shows oil was pouring out either from the oil pump or the front pulley hitting the header, I thought the smoke was coming from the exhaust but then again why was the car interior filling with smoke..
there was no evidence on the firewall or engine compartment of any leak but when I took the header off I noticed discoloration on the underside and buildup of burnt oil on the lower flange as well as the front right side of the engine is clean with oil residue.
oil pump looks fine so im not sure where it was coming from. the engine was using 2-3 quarts every 30 minutes shortly before it spun a bearing and died.

Oil metering pump...are you utilizing it? If not, did you cap it off or remove it and put a block off plate?

Is there oil inside the front pulley? If so I doubt the oil from the metering pump would find it's way over there.

Is this a JY racing SR motor? They're notorius for leaking oil metering pump shaft seals.
