    Default Limited Slip FD Oil

Help ! I'm running a conventional limited-slip, 4.88 rear (2nd Gen). Bought it complete from another racer. I'm not sure what Red-Line oil to use when I change it.

    What is everybody using ??

    Thanks

Correct me if I'm wrong guys, but the standard 75w90 redline has the limited slip additives in it, so you should be fine using that.

Redline 75w90 is what they recommend for all clutch style LSDs.

Would that be the 75W-90NS, or plain 75W-90 ?
It seems like the Red-Line product descriptions specifically state to use the "NS" for a conventional LS.

    Thanks for the feedback !

Sorry, that should be the straight 75w90. Part number from Pegasus is 1693-75W90 for a quart. Hope that helps.

Exactly, just the standard 75w90. The NS doesn't come with the additive.
