Jacking 2nd gen

What has everyone found to be the best place to jack a 2nd gen with a floor jack? Where is the best place to support the car with jack stands?

Best place?

Fronts only, under the cross member.

Rears only, I use the diff pumpkin, although I've been warned it may hasten the front diff mount to die.. I don't see how though.

Sides.. I use the bolts for the rear subframe mount just in front of the rear wheel well, and up front under the front down tube for the roll cage. Not ideal, but it works.

Where are you putting jack stands? I've tried a few places but I am hoping someone can give me some new ideas. Someone suggested the rear subframe. I'm always a little hesitant since it's position affects the alignment.
