    Default Oil Cooler Rpair

Can anyone suggest a good shop to clean and repair the oil cooler on a 2nd gen RX7. It's off a 1989 car and appears to have developed a hairline crack on the end that the hoses attach to. When the engine is running it results in a slow drip.

I'm in the Atlanta area and would like to find someone I can visit as opposed to shipping it to someone.

If it were me, I'd go find a junkyard one, and get it pressure checked, cleaned, and go with that. Too many 2nd gens in junkyards to fight with repairing one.

    IMHO of course.

I thought about that too. I've actually got a spare from an 86. Any suggestions where to get cleaned and pressure checked in the ATL area?

Dunno, but look for good radiator shops, and call and ask if they can do sonic cleaning. Worst case, send it to Mazdatrix http://www.mazdatrix.com , they can get it done.
