    Default brake problems

I have a brake problem that hopefully you guys can help me with. 1st gen ('79) RX7 we upgraded to newer ('82?) calipers and mastercylinder when the old MC died (and is NLA). I have lotsa pressure to the rear brakes but virtually none to the front. When we bleed the rears the pedal shoots to the floor but when we crack open the fronts the pedal doesn't move. I have no front brakes... everything appears correctly hooked up! The lines are connected to the R and F outlets respectively on the new MC but something's not right. The guy who does the work on the car has done this swap many times but this one is doing something weird. Any ideas?

Try disconnecting the front fitting at the MC,see if fluid can be pumped out and go from there.

Another place to look would be the balance valve that the brakelines run through-----on the fender well near the MC----if the little piston in this has moved off center it may be isolating the rear from the front??

bleading all fittings on this valve may help your problem
