In the past i've used the old take one out, and go see the local (well stocked) auto parts store, I do try and stick to meteric ones. They are cheaper than some silly "race" studs and work fine. Also they don't have to be 4 inches long like some people buy, those are redicules, just enough tread to come out the other side of the wheel nut works great. As far as spacers the same applies !

Do you have a part number or the car that those GM studs are from? The guy at the parts counter dosn't seem to want to look around for me.

Brian, if you have not signed up with Mazda Comp it's sometimes helpful & quicker than finding something other ways. They go pretty deep into your $$$ but I sometimes find that easer than searching.

ARP makes them, you can get them from any performance wherehouse or catalog like summit or gegs. They are the same ones that fit camaros and firebirds. They fit perfectly and are about $15.00 for the 5 pack.
I'm not home so I can't give you the ARP part number, but you can look it up on there web site they have all the measurments and numbers.

I'm not trying to be a PITA, but I have the ARP studs in stock and they have an UHL (under head length) of 2.5". When you subtract the knurled portion of the stud, you get at thread length of 2.1". Not excessive, while still giving you some additional latitude to use spacers, and providing a stronger stud as well. I will be putting mine in this weekend. They sell for $12.95 for a 5-pack.

I did call the Chevy store here locally, and they told me the Camaro stud was 12mm x 1.5 x 33mm (I am assuming that the 33mm is the thread length). For comparison, the C5 Corvette stud is 40mm long (1.57").

    Hope this helps.
