90 Honda Civic 1.5 Rev Limiter

In the 90 Honda Civic 1.5L dpfi, I have been told that the rev limiter is NOT in the computer. If it is not in the ECU where is it, and how do I bump it?

It is in the ECU and its a pain to bump.
I had mine done and it took a whole bunch of attempts and dyno pulls to get it right. I have no idea what the guy who did the work actually did that finally worked, but it worked.

Call Tom at OPM and see if he can hook you up. He doesn't do the ECU work, but he knows the guy who does.

Note: the first couple of attempts on my car messed things up pretty badly. From the car not running at all to running very poorly (which is how it ran the ARRC last year). It was a matter of trial and error. If you decide to do this, you MIGHT go through the same mess.
