    Default Rebuilding stock 3bbl carb

I made an earlier post looking for help on what to do about the right carburetor for me to run.
I decided on rebuilding a spare OEM 3bbl one for my '86 Civic.
I have a few questions if anyone would like to help me out.

    1. When re-installing the jets how do I know if they are tightened/postioned properly?

2.I was planning on leaving the jets stock, but another 3rd gen Civic racer said I could easily drill out the primary jet to get better performance. Has anyone done this method, and how did you do it?

    3. Besides returning all the settings back to their stock specifications, are they any tips/tricks about the reassembly process I should know?

    Thanks alot

I believe Rivergate Restorations does a good ITC carb rebuild for like $250 which I believe includes new/bored out jets. They have a good website but cannot remember the address.

    Good luck
