    Default H&R studs loose?

I just had my spare front knuckles worked over with new bearings, ball joints and H&R studs. My mechanic called and said they're done, but the studs are sorta loose in the hub, and they wiggle a slight bit. Anyone else have the H&R studs? Is this normal?

Not normal, and not good, either.

Don't rely on aftermarket S___ when it comes to the important stuff.

    Try 96-98 Acura TL studs....

Just to specify a little more...96-98 3.2TL studs as the 2.5TL studs are shorter. The 3.2TL studs work really good and fit exactly the same as the factory stud.

Thanks Gord. I went to Acura and got a 3.5TL Rear for comaprison against the OE 1992-1995 Civic studs. On a micrometer, the Civic knurl diameter is .480", and the 3.5TL rear knurl diameter is also .480". Here's a picture of the TL stud next to the short Civic one. I ended up welding my H&R studs to the hub. Looking at the H&R knurl, the knurl "teeth" don't insert into the hub as far as the OE ones.
