Does anyone have any experience with finding any fudging done by 70 to 73 240 Datsun Z cars? I am seeing these cars be faster than an r code mustang and it doesnt add up. Has anyone challenged them and if so what did you find.?

Years of development and fast drivers. IIRC, the motor in legal IT trim is 190hp, and the car has 4 wheel independent suspension, rear wheel drive - etc. Out here on the west coast, 2nd gen RX7s are giving them a good battle.

Find an R code mustang (rustang?) that's prepared to the same level as a front of the pack 240Z, and it'll be much faster.
